Day One: 9-5 Lunch will be provided

• At Home with Diversity Certification-is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market.  It will help you to learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and way to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.
  • Benefits of Becoming an AHWD
    • Knowledge of fair housing laws
    • Knowledge of how to build a business plan than minimizes risk and successfully services all types of clients
    • An edge in expanding your business to include international clientele
    • An understanding of the basic competencies to earn the confidence of potential buyers and sellers, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, handicaps, familial status, or national origin
    • Meets the NAR fair housing course requirement.

Day Two: 9-4 Lunch will be provided

• 10:30   Affiliate Drawings
• 11:00   RPAC Auction/Drawings
• 12:00   Lunch-Enjoy lunch while we honor our TCAR Affiliates 
•  1:00    Class:  Mindset Matters presented by Carli Anderson (2 hr CE)
•  3:00    Tai Chi:  Enjoy learning Tai Chi with Beth Young. 
•  4:00    Final Drawings: 1 year MLS members, 2025 TCAR Dues (Must be present to win, other requirements apply)
