 Property Tour Policies

• Registration Frist Come, First Serve 2nd Listings requests will be honored if space is available. Property Tour can have up to 12 homes. Current MLS Listings only One Home per Showing Agent Showing Agent should be opening the Supra

  Attendance/Affiliation TCAR Member Free Non-TCAR Member $25 No children, spouses, pets, etc. allowed on tour. Honor Society Point will be issued to anyone who attends the tour and luncheon. Showing agents must attend the tour.

  Miscellaneous Allow time for honest feedback and respect agents time. 1 ticket entry for attending tour 1 ticket entry for showing a home 1 ticket entry for staying the whole tour Door Prize Drawing will occur at the end of the tour, and you must be present to win.
