Brand New Agents: Please include the REALTOR fee, the REALTOR LOCAL fee, and the SupraE-key (App on your phone). In order to issue you a Supra E-Key you will need to complete a Code of Ethics Course. This usually is not in your courses to become an agent.

Secondary Agents: The TCAR office will also need a Dues Waiver from your current board to show proof of a Code of Ethics Course and NAR/UAR paid dues.

Supra E-Key Membership $205 Annually + $40.00 One-Time Fee
